Calling all content creators or Project warriors! Have you struggled with planning out all of your amazing ideas and actually see them come to fruition?! I have the solution for you! I have partnered with Lovet Agency today to share two little gems that have helped me start my 2020 out with an organized BANG! We have discussed everyday social planners a few weeks ago on the blog, but did you know there are specific planners geared towards mapping out content and projects to create the best thought out results?! You can find both of these on the Lovet Agency website, but before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s jump into all the details on why I have fallen in love with this duo of planners! PS: keep reading for a special reward for all of you to use towards your purchase! 🙂
First things first Lovet Agency is a boutique brand and web agency founded by Sayeh Pezeshki. They help brands create websites that speak to their audience in a meaningful way, and now you have some of their tools in the palm of your hands through the Project and Instagram planner! So lets jump into the Instagram planner first.
Something I love about both planners is the layout. It is simple and not too overwhelming to digest and get started. Let’s be honest, starting is the hardest part. When I opened this planner up for the first time I wasn’t overwhelmed. I was honestly so excited to start filling the planner out! The first page you will flip to is the vision page and a breakdown of your Instagram page (Handle, Bio, Links, Picture) I LOVE this page so I can refer back to it and ensure my vision is always being met by the content I am creating on Instagram.
Once you have the basics you can move on to the next page which is a breakdown of your story highlights and hashtag bank (pictured above). Keeping tabs on your story highlights is important. When I filled this page out I realized I have highlights that were no longer relevant to my followers and could be deleted! It is important to keep current and resourceful information in your highlights and minimize clutter. This is such a handy resource for your followers so you want to keep it tidy! Secondly the hashtag bank. If you didn’t know, Instagram will sometimes flag or suppress posts they see using the same hashtag over and over, aka shadow banning. This page is so important because you can keep tabs on all hashtags you have used that have worked keeping them in rotation, or jot some ideas down for specific hashtags that meet a theme on your profile! That is one of my projects this year to categorize the content I am producing through hashtags so it is easier for my followers to find.
Next up we have a vision board page. I thought this page was so cool because I have never seen a vision board concept in planner form. Jot down ideas for monthly trends or how you want you images to be curated on your feed. I know any holiday involving the color red will be a huge theme for me on these months so I can visualize how my feed will look!
Now that you have a good shell of an overall vision mapped out, you can plan your monthly content. The monthly overview allows you to plan themes, any giveaways or collaborations you need to slot in, goals and of course endless ideas (see above)! Once you fill that out, you then jump over to your weekly view (see below). I always like to write down what I want to post on what day and then I utilize the app on my phone Plann to see it all visually! Once you have completed this you are off and ready for the month!
This planner has helped me plan out my content in advance. Some weeks I was planning on a Sunday and was so rushed thinking of the cadence of posts I wanted and missing holidays, sales etc that I wanted to talk about on the blog but just hadn’t put the time into planning it out!

Now last but most certainly not least is the Project planner. This is your BFF when you need to brainstorm, and then put a plan in action to execute that project. Here are two examples of projects that I am working on with the assistance of the project planner.
- Planning out power color monthly focuses. Ex) When to share tips, what tips to cover etc.
- Getting my email subscription list set up to alert subscribers every time a new blog post goes live
Once you have dreamed BIG and are ready to attack these projects, you jump into the Why (above right photo) and the project details (below photo). The Why. Why is this project important? What is the purpose? When I write these answers down it inspires me and pushes me to keep evolving and growing my business. Much different than just writing these ideas on a piece of paper and staring at it not know where to begin.
Then comes the details. What is the budget? What are the tasks to complete? Break the project into weeks and months. Now I don’t know about you but I love when I can cross something off a list so the fact that there is a check box for completed or in progress at the top of the planner is motivation in and of itself. These pages really allow a snapshot of how you can accomplish the task and keep you from feeling overwhelmed.
Overall I highly suggest the Lovet Agency Planners. The layout is an organizational freaks dream (AKA ME) but also is so user friendly to those who might not be. The templates are well thoutout, not overwhelming and keep you goal oriented as you continue to tackle the ever changing Instagram!
