PAST HISTORY

We have all been there. Our teeth need a little pick me up in color but we aren’t sure exactly the best method to use. So we just run out and pick up a Crest White Strip system because that is what is right at our fingertips. The white strips system is the only thing I have ever tried on my teeth for whitening. I always experienced frustration with the strips falling off easily, not being able to really talk when I had them on hindering me from getting things done while I whiten. I also would have a lot of sensitivity when using them so I would have to go several days to a week in between of not using them. Something I never really knew before was that with the strip system not staying in place long enough on the tooth, it does not allow the pores of the teeth to open up and does not cover all angles of the tooth. All of these struggles were solved when using Smile Brilliant!

BEFORE

Below are my before photos. You can see that my teeth were in a pretty good place with color but has some discoloration from coffee drinking (I mean I really can’t give that up!). So I was so excited to be able to receive results with the Smile Brilliant T3 Sensitive System that targets light stains.

HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM

You receive your Smile Brilliant kit in the mail with everything you need! I will also mention there are so many options for you on what kit is perfect for you. They have options for sensitivity and light to heavy stains. The level of stains will determine the amount of whitening syringes you will use and the sensitivity kits will provide de sensitizing gel to use after your whitening gel (This is what I used!). Let’s break down the steps!

1. Receive Kit- The kit includes AMAZING step by step instructions so it is so easy to understand how the system works!
2. Create your custom made impressions: You will receive 2 impression trays, 3 sets of Catalyste and Base Paste (extra in case you need a re do!). You simply mix the two pastes together place them in the trays and then place in mouth to create your custom impressions!
3. Send off to the labs to create your custom trays! The kit comes with a pre labeled envelope so sending your impressions back is easy!
4. Recieve your impressions back and start whitening!
5. If you are using the Sensitive Kit like I did, you will use the whitening gel for 45 minutes to 3 hours. I personally like to use it for around 45 minutes to an hour. Each syringe will have 3 full sessions each.
6. Finish out with the desensitizng gel. You will leave this on for around 20 minutes to help eliminate any sensitivity

TIPS

• Vaseline or Coconut Oil can be used on the gums if you experience any sensitivity
• Whiten every other day
• Brush teeth with non whitening toothpaste while using the system (Brush teeth after whitening gel is used)
• Whiten at night to avoid any staining of food or drinks. If whitening in day, wait 30 minutes until eating or drinking

RESULTS

I can confidently say I highly recommend this system if you are needing a good teeth whitening! It was painless, simple and I loved how customized it was. I have never had anything custom made for my teeth and loved that I can keep the molds and purchase the syringes by themself for the coming whitening sessions down the road. The desensitizing gel made me so comfortable and I had no issues with pain or sensitivity which I have never not experienced before using other products.
