One thing I love to add to my closet is unique quality pieces that you cannot find just anywhere. I would usually go to Anthropologie for these kind of pieces but we all know that can come with a hefty price tag. I recently was contacted by Chic Wish for a collaboration, and let me tell you, I have fallen in love with their pieces. While I want to be transparent that these items were gifted, I can say in full confidence that I stand behind this brand and the amazing pieces that have. Style isn’t cookie cutter. It isn’t something that you want to see everyone and their mom wearing. Chic Wish provides those unique pieces at a lower price tag than Anthropologie, Free People etc.
The first piece that I fell in love with was this yellow plaid dress. My style has always had vintage flair to it. This dress made me think of the 50’s, Mad Men, Housewives (Not the kind on Bravo). Now this isn’t the dress for everyone, but if you do love a classic Americana dress you can’t go wrong with this piece! I added the belt just to help accentuate my waist and break the pattern up.
Okay so this dress is perfect in so many ways. I feel like this dress will flatter so many different body types. I mean can we talk about these adorable ruffles and lace details? This is a dream dress for any bride to be for engagement parties, showers etc. Not to mention a classic white summer dress that will never go out of style. The fabric is weighted, but not too heavy. You can really feel the quality in this piece. Throw on your favorite bright statement earrings or pearl studs and you are set!
I love this top because it is perfect to wear in the summer with shorts but also can be layered with a leather or suede jacket in the fall. It’s a win when you can find a piece for multiple seasons. I love this top because it gives me the Free People vibes without the price tag. Wear it half tucked with shorts or keep it flowy with a pair of jeans.
And last but not least is this darling white dress! When I saw this one I immediately pictured it at a picnic or in Charleston. Very specific LOL. I mean can we talk about the details on these sleeves? So beautiful. It also is not see through as it comes with a slip. I love this detail because it can be hard to find white dresses that are not transparent.
Which look is your favorite?!
