New series alert! I thought it would be fun to start sharing my monthly favorites on the blog every month with you! Now with that being said I hope each month brings a new discovery to share with you. Some of my favorites this month although are some that are tried and true that I feel like I haven’t got to talk much about. So let’s get to it!
Honest Beauty Lotion– Okay so I found this through the Skinny Confidential. If you don’t know who Lauren is, she is a influencer/blogger as well as a podcast host. She shares great skincare tips and recently had Jessica Alba on her podcast. If you didn’t know, Jessica Alba is the founder of Honest Beauty. I picked this up after looking into it at Target, but there is a catch. This product is actually found on the baby aisle but is technically not marketed for just babies use. The reason it is found on that aisle is how safe it is for even the most sensitive skin, which we all know I have. I feel so moisturized after I use this when I get out of the shower it is truly amazing. You have got to try for the summer months.
Kendra Scott Pieces- Kendra has hit it out of the park this summer with her new releases. I have been obsessed with my new bar necklace and hoop earrings with pearl accents. One of the main reasons I love these pieces is how effortless and easy they are to throw on with just about every outfit anytime of the year. You will definitely be seeing these on repeat on the blog!
Summer Fridays– If you have been following me for awhile you have probably already heard be rave about this mask/moisturizer. I will say I laid off it for awhile and boy do I regret that decision! It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and glowy when I wake up. I use it as an overnight mask and rinse off in the morning. Miracle worker!
Bite Beauty Lipstick– The most perfect universal shade for everyday wear! You can usually guarantee that I am rocking the shade Pastille if you see me at work. The reason I love it is it wears off so beautifully and it does not make my lips dry. I feel like that is always the battle with lipsticks but Bites formula is very hydrating and nourishing which keeps me coming back for more and more shades!
Hydro Flask– I feel like I am Spongebob half of my days from the episode where he is yelling “WATERRR”. I always struggled with not drinking enough in my busy work days wether that be I get lost in my work or I am running around from meeting to meeting. This water bottle has helped me so much as it holds a lot of water at once, keeps my water cold for hours, and honestly I feel like it forces me to drink more with the straw attachment lid. Highly recommend!
China Rich Girlfriend– I FINALLY got around to finishing up the Crazy Rich Asians book series. I read Crazy Rich Asians before it became a movie last summer and loved it! For some reason though I just moved onto other books on my list and never finished the series out. If you like comedy, family drama, and love then this is the book for you. I am currently reading the final one now and highly recommend the series for those who haven’t read it. Cant wait for the next movie!
Pacifica Hair Mask– And last but not least your hair needs a little love and hydration as well! Covering all the moisture in this months favorites LOL. I love this mask as it is a more affordable option and has lasted me forever since I only use it on my ends. I only use it on my ends since I have such fine hair, it provides moisture leaving my hair tangle free when I get out of the shower! A nice pick me up every week or so.
